When an order is placed, we will confirm receipt using the email address provided at checkout. Order acceptance takes place once payment has been approved and the order has been prepared for fulfilment.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer with the available options, which may include a refund, replacement, or amended dispatch timeline.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that contact details, delivery addresses, and order information are accurate before completing checkout.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include or exclude taxes according to the configuration shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Ruya Jewellery does not store full card details in the storefront application.
Prices, promotions, and availability may change over time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted unless there is an obvious pricing or product information error.
Product information
We aim to describe each piece clearly, including product imagery, pricing, and relevant details. Because jewellery can reflect light differently on screen, small variations in colour, tone, scale, or finish may occur.
Care guidance is provided to help protect the finish and longevity of each piece. Damage caused by misuse, impact, unsuitable storage, water exposure, chemicals, or normal wear may not be treated as a product fault.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timelines are shown during checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, address issues, customs processing, or stock checks.
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product, the timing of the request, hygiene considerations, and whether the item is personalised, custom, final sale, or otherwise excluded from return.
Customers should contact client services before returning an item so the return can be reviewed and handled correctly.
