Wipe after each wear with a soft dry cloth to remove residue. Store each piece separately in a pouch or lined box, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, and abrasive surfaces. Pearl and delicate statement styles should be handled with extra care and never soaked.

Every Ruya Jewellery order is thoughtfully packaged in our signature gift-ready presentation. Your pieces will arrive in either a jewellery box, a soft jewellery pouch, or a combination of both, accompanied by a jewellery care card and a thank you note, adorned with our signature wax seal for an elegant finishing touch.

Standard Shipping is free on all UK orders over £50 and typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Returns are accepted within our standard return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings and final-sale pieces may be excluded for hygiene reasons.
